Delete your Calltica account
This page explains how to delete your account and data for Calltica — the Calltica Pro app on Google Play, the Calltica Pro Plus app and the Calltica web app. Calltica is operated by Calltica, contact support@calltica.com.
How to request deletion

Email support@calltica.com from the email address you registered with.

Use the subject "Delete my Calltica account".

We delete your account and its data within 30 days, and confirm by email.
Opens your email app with the address and subject filled in.
What we delete
- Your account
- Your sheets and leads
- Call records
- Callbacks
- Tags
- Settings
What we keep
Records we must keep by law (for example, purchase records held by Google Play) are kept only as long as required.
Delete some data without deleting your account
You can delete any sheet, lead, callback or tag inside the app at any time.
Have an active subscription?
Subscriptions are processed by Google Play, so deleting your Calltica account does not cancel one. Cancel it in the Play Store: tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions.
