You upgrade inside the app

There is no separate checkout on this website and no invoice to chase. Calltica Pro is bought from within the Android app, through Google Play's payment system — the same one you already use for anything else on your phone.

Accepted payment methods

Whatever Google Play accepts for your account in India. Typically:

  • UPI
  • Credit and debit cards
  • Net banking, where your bank supports it
  • Google Play balance and gift cards

The exact list is decided by Google, not by us, and is shown on the payment sheet when you buy. Calltica never sees or stores your card or UPI details.

Billing, receipts & cancelling

Who bills you
Google Play. The charge appears on your statement from Google, and your receipt is emailed to the Google account that made the purchase.
Where to find your purchases
Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions. Everything you've bought and every active plan is listed there.
Cancelling
Done from the same Play Store screen, any time. You keep Pro until the period you've already paid for runs out.
Multiple callers
Each caller upgrades on their own phone with their own Google account. Buying five seats means five upgrades — there's no bulk seat purchase yet.

Pricing questions

Per user. Every caller needs their own Calltica Pro plan on their own phone, starting at ₹299 per user per month. There's no seat minimum — start with one caller and add more as the team grows.

Inside the Calltica Android app. Tap Upgrade to Pro, choose a plan, and Google Play's payment sheet handles the rest — UPI, card, net banking or Play balance. There is no checkout on this website, and we never see your payment details.

All four plans are the same product with the same features. Longer plans only change the price per month — ₹299 monthly down to ₹208 on the yearly plan.

Both live in the Play Store, not in Calltica: open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions. Google also emails a receipt to the account you paid with. If you cancel, Pro stays active until the period you already paid for ends.

Because Google Play processes the payment, refunds are requested through Google — Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → the order → Report a problem. Google runs its own self-service refund window immediately after purchase; past that, write to support@calltica.com and we'll look at it. Full refund policy →

Not yet. Calltica is an Android app on Google Play, which also means paying for it requires an Android phone with the Play Store.
